Plants
All in-person and online plant sales are final. Due to changing inventory and limited plant availability, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any living items. We strive to set our customers up for success with their new planty friends. Because we can't guarantee the care once they leave the store, plant purchases are not returnable.
Hard Goods
All hard goods, including but not limited to pots and apparel, may be exchanged for in-store credit within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. All exchanges must be unworn, unused, and/or unopened. Please keep the receipt or original card used to purchase.
